This is a place for adults. I’ve been hanging around with so many kids for a bit too long.
This is a place for serious foodies. If you’re looking for a place to revive your taste buds, this is it. This was it for me.
I am loving the rich texture of this place: there’s fine dining area, whip you own gourmet dish, shelves of unique ingredients, and a great selection of winery and cheese.
It is both inviting and intimidating; casual yet chic; back-to-basic but cosmopolitan.
Each corner is a different facet of cookery.
There are about three sets of dining area of soft-cushioned chairs, white no-nonsense stool and booth types.
This is one place that will pique your interest, your curiosity.
As I was finishing my meal, this TV chef guy waltz in. It was Chef Tristan Encarnacion. Apparently, he’s a consulting chef of the Epicurious Manila.
